Palmas - TO, makes public the publication of BIDDING NOTICE No. 01/2022 for the selection of
companies with export potential, to meet the demands during the execution of the
activities agreed with the “727-4 TOCANTINS PELO MUNDO” project, under the terms of the
Agreement 01/2022, entered into between the state of Tocantins, through the Secretariat
of Industry, Commerce and Services/SICS, the Fundação Universidade Federal do
Tocantins/UFT and the Tocantins/Fapto Scientific and Technological Support Foundation, in
process No
2022/19010/000119, with a view to preparing business workshops
on the export of products and services developed in the state of Tocantins, through
the rules and conditions established in this Notice and its Annexes.
This Selection Process is carried out in order to meet the principles of
impersonality and publicity, striving for the transparency of Fapto's contracts,
not to be confused with public tender, provided for in art. 37, item II, of the Constitution
Federal do Brasil, 1988
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
The selection process will be governed by this Notice, carried out by the
coordinator of
project (linked to UFT, the convening entity), coordinated by Fapto (intervention
finance) and supervised by the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Services (entity
grantor); will also be supervised by the inspectors of Agreement N
O
1/2022.
Participation in the project aims to provide training for the
export of products and services, and create a network for the company to start its process
of exports.
Inclusion in the project will take place by signing the Consent Form
(Annex II) between the beneficiary and Fapto.
OBJECT: about the Project “Tocantins around the world”
The TOCANTINS PELO MUNDO project aims to prepare Tocantins companies,
mostly small and medium-sized, for the export of their products and services. Will
develop a series of business workshops for exporting products and
services in Tocantins, with an emphasis on practical application focused on the specific
of the region and these companies.
2.2. The project aims to prepare 60 (sixty) companies from Tocantins to export
its products and services, through 3 (three) cycles of business workshops with 20
(twenty) companies each and duration of 8 (eight) months.
2.3. The concept is to act in a practical way in Foreign Trade procedures,
providing Tocantins companies an approach to international markets and
to its operators (international logistics companies, customs brokers,
exporting commercial companies, trading companies, Federal Revenue, Banks, Post Office and
international courier services).
2.4. This public notice aims to select the 20 companies for the first cycle (eight
–
08 – months from September 2022).
